Piotr Karpiński took over the responsibility of leading the Property Management Department in 2016. He is responsible for Department strategy and business development. He also plays the role of Client Relationship Manager for major clients of the managed portfolio and supervises Property Management service delivery. Thanks to his commitment and intensive work, CBRE achieved an increase of almost 745 000 sqm of managed space.
