In 2024, GTC delivered record results in Poland, leasing 93,000 sqm of office and retail space – the best outcome in a decade. Of over 62,000 sqm of office leases, more than half came from new agreements and expansions, while in Łódź the company accounted for nearly 30% of all market transactions. Alongside commercial success, GTC achieved a 19% reduction in building emissions (Scopes 1 and 2) and 20% across its value chain. This was supported by purchasing renewable electricity for its managed properties, energy-efficiency upgrades, photovoltaic installations, and a robust low-carbon strategy. Reinforcing its ESG leadership, GTC implemented WasteTracker – an innovative system monitoring waste streams in 12 office buildings – and organized a wide range of initiatives for tenants and local communities, including health campaigns, family days, summer cinema, and educational workshops.
