I) Development and revitalization of a historical quarter (1 ha) in the very centre of Warsaw, between Nowogrodzka, Poznańska and Św. Barbary streets, including the renovation of the historic Telephone and Telegraph Building at 45 Nowogrodzka St. II) “27 Hektar Möglichkeiten” project in Berlin: on 27 hectares in the Lichtenberg district, Zeitgeist is shaping a model “15-minute city” that brings work, housing, shopping, and leisure together in close proximity.
