By the end of Q2 2025, Panattoni had delivered nearly 18M in CEE) including 16 million m² of industrial space in Poland, almost half of the national market. The portfolio includes BTS facilities for leaders such as Amazon, DHL, BSH, Media Expert, Compal and H&M, as well as multi-tenant parks in all major centres. Over 11 million m² of this portfolio has achieved environmental certification, with an additional 1.5 million m² currently in the certification pipeline.

Sales in 2024 exceeded €375M. Among notable sales in the second half of 2025 were Panattoni Park Ruda Śląska III and Panattoni Park Kraków East II (€70M, City Logistics Warsaw IV (39,000 m², €53.5M). In 2025 Panattoni sold amongst other City Logistics Warsaw V, Panattoni Park Janki IV, Panattoni Park Tricity South II (€59M). These transactions confirm investor appetite for large-scale logistics hubs and last-mile assets. and underline Panattoni’s ability to recycle capital and attract investors
