Noho One – completion of the first stage of a prestigious development – the most luxurious residential and commercial project in Poland. Located in one of Warsaw’s most desirable and dynamic districts, right next to Daszyńskiego Roundabout, the investment sets a new standard for premium real estate on the market.
Lidl Distribution Centre – a new warehouse is being built in Skawina. On the investment area of nearly 75,000 m², a range of modern technological and eco-friendly solutions have been designed, such as photovoltaic installations, electric vehicle charging stations, and a system for collecting and reusing greywater.
Solventum Poland Manufacturing - the work will be carried out on the premises of the existing production facility. As part of the investment, a single-story production and warehouse building will be constructed, with office and social spaces for warehouse staff, as well as a dedicated chemical storage area.
