Nhood Services Poland is a real estate services company. Its team of experts devises and implements innovative solutions to enhance the value of clients' portfolios. According to its vision, as an urban regenerator, Nhood creates unique ‘better places’ where commerce and mixed-use play a central role for the benefit of all.
The company comprehensively manages 25 shopping centers, parks, and shopping malls belonging to Ceetrus Polska, with a total area of nearly 700,000 sq m. Until now, the company has provides remodelling services in 14 sites, which gained new functions, renovated interiors, become more energy and water efficient, as well as increased biodiversity. As a commercializer, it represents 51 shopping centers belonging to various owners.
The team creates innovative, mixed-use projects: Wilanów Park and Projekt Góraszka on a unique scale and in accordance with the principles of sustainable development and handles the sale of Ceetrus Polska's 160-hectare investment land.
