Outstanding Non-Business Achievement of the Year, Poland
In response to challenges of physical inactivity and limited family time, Galeria Pomorska, with the Bydgoska Masa Krytyczna Association, held the 14th Family Bike Rally. The event promotes a healthy lifestyle and unites the community — from children to seniors — in safe, joyful recreation. Participants met from 9:00 a.m. to collect starter kits and enjoy attractions. The rally began at noon, following scenic Bydgoszcz routes to Myślęcinek Park for a picnic full of contests and fun. Galeria Pomorska donated PLN 2 per participant to a local childcare institution. The event gathered 1,300 cyclists, raised footfall by 25%, gained 830 new social followers, 30+ media mentions reaching 75,000 people, and 680,000 post views. It has become one of the city’s most recognizable events, known for its scale, organization, and strong community spirit.
