Redkom Development specializes in the development of medium and large-scale retail parks. Between 2023 and 2025, the company delivered over 60,000 m² of retail space (4 retail parks). Redkom has received numerous industry nominations and has been twice honored with the title Retail Developer of the Year (CEE Retail Awards 2025, Baltic Real Estate Awards 2025). Park Glinianka and Ozimska Park have earned industry awards, including the European Property Awards 2023 and 2024, while Comfy Park Bielik additionally received a CEE Retail Awards 2025. Redkom Development is currently working on additional retail parks, with ongoing construction in Bydgoszcz and Dzierżoniów, and preparatory work for new projects among others in Otwock, Lublin, Białystok, Tarnów, and Gliwice.
