Team description including the major achievements
We specialize in real estate, sale and lease back transactions, project development, financing, construction and leasing projects, including cross-border deals.
We advise buyers, sellers, lenders, borrowers, investors, developers, and support clients throughout the entire investment process, from project financing and development to asset management and sale.
We actively seek opportunities to invest and engage clients in ventures that not only ensure growth, but involve matters such as energy transformation, green infrastructure, expansion into new markets, and investments. Thanks to our long-term business relations with investment funds, private equity and VC firms and private investors we act as a bridge between investments and their financing, which generates synergies to unwind transactions in the real estate market. We advise on green building and green leases to ensure a positive impact in terms of environment, social responsibility and corporate governance.
