Key assets recently added to the portfolio include among others M Park Mrągowo (15,000 sqm), M Park Pionki (9,300 sqm), M Park Szubin (8,000 sqm), M Park Brzeziny (6,000 sqm), M Park Zwoleń (5,000 sqm) or M Park Ropczyce (4,500 sqm), and M Park Olsztyn (3,100 sqm). In 2026, LCP plans to kick off with several new retail development projects in Poland, with a scheduled GLA of over 90,000 sqm. This marks another year of strong growth for the company and sets the stage for a highly dynamic and active year ahead.
