The Popular Choice Awards

The Popular Choice Awards includes the votes of all the jury members and guests of the gala.

The Popular Choice Award includes two categories. In Real Estate Personality of the Year, nominees are selected by the Organizer.

The Outstanding Non-Business Achievement category is open for submissions, allowing participants to submit social, charitable, employee-focused, or other non-core business initiatives.

Submissions for the open category are accepted from September 1st to October 15th, 2026.
The list of nominated projects will be published on this website after the submission period ends.

ABOUT THE AWARDS

The competition covers company activities from August 2025 to August 2026.

Companies from the CEE region are welcome to submit their entries, and approved applications will be published on this website.

In the part of the competition where the winners are chosen by the gala guests, there are two categories:

  • The Personality of the Year – nominees in this category are selected by the Organizer.
  • Outstanding Non-Business Achievement – we invite submissions of social, charitable, employee-focused, or other non-core business initiatives that have been successfully implemented by your company.

The pre-selection will take place on 28–29 October and will be conducted by the Jury. From the three finalists chosen at this stage, the winners in both categories will be selected by the gala guests.

Poland
Outstanding Non-Business Achievement of the Year, Poland
We are looking for an individual or a group who have achieved something extraordinary between August 2025 and August 2026. It could be a remarkable business success, significant contribution to charity, dedication to a cause, or the accomplishment of something exceptional.
Nominees
The Real Estate Personality of the Year, Poland
The winner will be selected through a three-stage process. From all submissions, the Organizer will nominate up to eight candidates. In the second stage, a jury will choose three finalists. During the gala, guests will vote electronically to determine the laureate. The award is dedicated to an individual who has held a senior management position in a commercial real estate company (or companies) for at least the past two years. The candidate should be highly respected in the business and commercial real estate community, demonstrate strong leadership, foster a positive work culture, and have achieved notable business results between August 2024 and August 2026. The laureate should clearly merit recognition for their professional achievements.
