The Popular Choice Awards

The Popular Choice Awards includes the votes of all the jury members and guests of the gala.

The Popular Choice Award includes two categories. In Real Estate Personality of the Year, nominees are selected by the Organizer.

The Outstanding Non-Business Achievement category is open for submissions, allowing participants to submit social, charitable, employee-focused, or other non-core business initiatives.

Submissions for the open category are accepted from September 1st to October 15th, 2025.
The list of nominated projects will be published on this website after the submission period ends.

ABOUT THE AWARDS

The competition covers company activities from August 2024 to August 2025.

Companies from the CEE region are welcome to submit their entries, and approved applications will be published on this website.

In the part of the competition where the winners are chosen by the gala guests, there are two categories:

The Personality of the Year – nominees in this category are selected by the Organizer.
Outstanding Non-Business Achievement – we invite submissions of social, charitable, employee-focused, or other non-core business initiatives that have been successfully implemented by your company.

The pre-selection will take place on 28–29 October and will be conducted by the Jury. From the three finalists chosen at this stage, the winners in both categories will be selected by the gala guests.

Poland

Outstanding Non-Business Achievement of the Year, Poland

We are looking for an individual or a group who have achieved something extraordinary between August 2024 and August 2025. It could be a remarkable business success, significant contribution to charity, dedication to a cause, or the accomplishment of something exceptional.

Nominees Enter the Award

The Real Estate Personality of the Year, Poland

The Award is dedicated to any person who has been holding a senior managerial position in a company (or companies) associated with the commercial property market (regardless of the company’s business profile) for at least two years now. The candidate should be held in high regard by the business community and the commercial property market representatives, while his/her contribution to the company’s development should be significant. He/She should have strong management qualities and have created a positive work environment in company. Also the candidate should have achieved a significant business result in between August 2024 and August 2025. By his/her attitude and performance in business environment, the Personality of the Year awardee should, beyond any doubt, deserve the award. The nominees are selected by the organiser. The winner will be chosen in a two-stage process. In the first stage, the jury members will choose the category’s top three projects to be voted on. The final vote will take place during the gala night and will be open to all the gala attendees, each of whom will be using a voting device.
