The starting point for the company's activities in this area is the company’ s People, Planet, Profit ESG Strategy, which requires the property management team to take environmentally friendly measures appropriate to the sites. The company implements waste management solutions, initiates biodiversity improvements, monitors and reduces energy consumption, reduces emissions, upgrading green energy infrastructure, conducts environmental education programs and reports regularly on its activities.
The company activities in social responsibility
Since its inception, the company has been committed to corporate social responsibility. The focus is placed on creating a sustainable workplace and ensuring sustainable co-operation with tenants and business partners. Nhood uses a number of tools to build positive relationships with local communities around the shopping centers it manages. Conducts the public consultations on investment projects, and for the 13 years runs CSR program “Good Neighbor”, aimed at supporting local communities.
