Litwiniuk Property has become the Lead Agent responsible for the commercialization of a new A+ class office complex called "Giant Office" with a total area of 18,035 m2 (GLA) located in the center of Poznań at ul. Głogowska 151, the investment received a BREEAM certificate at the very good level,
- signing an exclusive agreement for the commercialization of office space in the investment called "Sky Garden" in Szczecin with a total area of 14,000 m2, of which the office space is 2,000 m2
