- Credit Agricole has leased office space 500 m2 in building B1 in the office complex called “Business Garden Poznań” in Poznań. -Litwiniuk Property has become the Lead Agent responsible for the commercialization of a new A+ class office complex "Giant Office" - 18,035 m2 GLA in Poznań, - exclusive representation Kuchinox - space in Romania. The company has leased approx. 4,000 m2 in the logistics park called "CTPark Timisoara Ghiroda" in Romania. Litwiniuk Property has become the Lead Agent responsible for the commercialization of a new A+ class office complex called "Giant Office" with a total area of 18,035 m2 (GLA) located in the center of Poznań at ul. Głogowska 151, the investment received a BREEAM certificate at the very good level,
- signing an exclusive agreement for the commercialization of office space in the investment called "Sky Garden" in Szczecin with a total area of 14,000 m2, of which the office space is 2,000 m2 |
