In 2022, SATOIA S.A. initiated the sale of plots as part of the SATOIA KĄTY WROCŁAWSKIE project, covering 800,000 m², prepared for logistics and warehousing investments. The area was divided into 5 plots: 1, 2, 3A, 3B, and 4. SATOIA also initiated the construction of a municipal road and ensured utility connections. In the second half of 2023, the last two plots, 3B (155,174 m²) and 4 (113,435 m²), were sold, finalizing the project. The park is excellently connected to Wrocław Airport, located near the A4 motorway junction, offering ideal access to the S3 expressway and proximity to the Wrocław Motorway Bypass (A8). Additionally, direct connections to the S6 and S8 expressways enable efficient communication with the major logistics hubs in Poland – Warsaw, Kraków, Katowice, Łódź, and Poznań – as well as with Germany and the Czech Republic.
