Future plans
We’re expanding our portfolio of rental apartments, both in the cities we are already in and in new markets, including the Tri-City (Poland). We have nearly 2100 units in the pipeline to start construction by 2025. We are constantly evolving to provide tenants with the highest quality - we plan to expand our program of additional benefits for tenants, also implement new sustainability initiatives. We’ll implement the ESG strategy for 2024-2028, aiming to build a leadership position in the market

We are a strong brand, the second-largest rental housing company in the Polish PRS market. We are constantly expanding our portfolio of apartments for rent, we create investments in accordance with the idea of 15-minute cities, keeping in mind the wellbeing of our residents. We listen to tenants and tailor the product to their needs - and this works, as evidenced by the results of a satisfaction survey - 96% of tenants would recommend Vantage Rent to family and friends. For tenants, as the first PRS in Poland, we created an extensive program of additional benefits, such as events, individual consultations with experts or a discount program with discounts at local service providers. We are introducing more solutions in line with the ESG strategy - we aim to be a leader of change.
