Tenants in the larger building can heat their space with heat pumps, and the park’s roof is designed to support photovoltaic installations. Additionally, the buildings are equipped with LED lighting controlled by a DALI system, which helps reduce light pollution and saves up to 55% of electricity in external common areas.
Located 50 km from Warsaw, the business park will ultimately consist of three buildings, offering a total of 162,400 sq m of leasable space. Two of the buildings are already complete, with the Polish logistics operators TAS Logistyka and Fiege operating within the complex.
