Additionally, the buildings are equipped with LED lighting controlled by a DALI system, which helps reduce light pollution and saves up to 55% of electricity in external common areas. Located 50 km from Warsaw, the business park will ultimately consist of three buildings, offering a total of 162,400 sq m of leasable space. Two of the buildings are already complete, with the Polish logistics operators TAS Logistyka and Fiege operating within the complex.
