PROLOGIS PARK WROCŁAW III, DC4
The building was designed to be flexibly adapted to the tenants' needs in terms of both technical specifications and the size of individual production, warehouse, and office spaces. It features spacious maneuvering yards, ground-level gates, and numerous parking spaces. The clear height of the warehouse (12 m) and floor bearing capacity were increased to accommodate high-storage and production clients. The building is equipped with LED lighting with motion sensors programmed according to the clients’ needs. On the roof there are solar collectors, solar panels and installation for heat pumps. Thanks to window façade and roof skylights, natural lighting inside reached up to 12.5%. The DC4 meets the 70% of strict requirements of the BREEAM certification at the “Excellent” level. Amenities for the building’s clients include remote meter readings and the Prologis FM platform for warehouse management and reporting issues. There are also electric vehicle chargers and green relaxation areas.
