Team description including the major achievements
Marek Wojnar specializes in real estate and corporate law, with a particular focus on real estate and M&A transactions. He provides legal advice to Polish and foreign businesses, operating primarily in the real estate market as well as energy and infrastructure markets. He advises with respect to asset management of big portfolios of properties as well as has been engaged in numerous transactions involving office buildings shopping malls, logistic centers, residential projects and industrial facilities such as power plants WTE plants etc. Michał Wielhorski works primarily with large developers, focusing on retail and office developments, and guiding clients through all stages of investment processes (incl. due diligence, permits/licenses, financing, leasing and sale). Michał assists clients in the negotiation and execution of real estate sale agreements, construction works agreements, service agreements (incl. ones with architects and other experts) and infrastructure agreements.

provided legal advice to Rank Progress S.A. in establishing a joint venture with Archicom S.A. for the purpose of a joint residential development in Wrocław - a residential complex of more than 45,000 sqm of usable area (800 residential units), transaction value: PLN 172,5 m; advised a company controlled by Adventum Group on the signing of sale agreement concerning acquisition of the Wola Retro office building in Warsaw, for nearly €70 million; providing comprehensive legal advice to Archicom S.A. on the acquisition of land in Wroclaw; advised Vantage Development S.A. and TAG Immobilien AG on the sale of the property located in Poznań to a foreign investor; representing the seller - Curtis Development in the transaction for the sale of the Curtis Plaza building to a major Polish development company; advised to a company from Profit Development Group in the acquisition of a real estate located in Warsaw (big complex of multi-family residentials). |
