Accolade has secured tenant and started development of very unique project with the total project costs amounted to approximately 240,000,000EUR, including above-standard tenant improvements. The project is not unique only due to its size (over 237,000 sqm GLA) and value but also due to the high tec technologies of the tenant who is contributing significant amount for their improvements, amounting overt 60,000,000 EUR. We have succesfully secured bank financing of 190,000,000 EUR from the bank.
