GLP WROCŁAW V LOGISTICS PARK - BUILDING C
In Magnice, near Wrocław, GLP has so far built four modern warehouse and production buildings. Ultimately, the 50-hectare site may accommodate nearly 240,000 square meters of logistics space. GLP Wrocław V Logistics Centre was designed from the start to support tenants in their operations and optimize the costs associated with using warehouse space. The expansion of the park is accompanied by continuous improvements in the standard of new buildings and their surroundings. In Building C, completed in 2024, new solutions have been introduced to support sustainability goals. The hall features a low-emission steel roof structure, and additional insulation in the walls and roof contributes to further energy savings. The structure is designed to allow for the easy addition of extra office floors in the future or to convert part of the warehouse into office or social spaces. The newest building meets the requirements of the BREEAM certification at the "Excellent" level.
