DPPA Legal is an independent real estate law boutique, established in July 2011 by the lawyers with extensive experience in advising Polish and international clients gained in the international law firms. The main focus of the firm is real estate and development projects in all sectors, with the main focus on office, commercial, logistics, hotel and infrastructural real properties. DPPA Legal provides the clients with the full scope of legal advice at each stage of the lifetime of a commercial real property. Apart from two partners, the firm currently employs 14 highly qualified, dedicated and experienced real estate lawyers who, among others, specialise in due diligence and real property acquisition, leasing, construction, hotel franchise and management agreements.

Participation in property sales and acquisitions between July 2023 and June 2024

DPPA advised among others:
- a German real estate fund on disposal of two office buildings located in Warsaw
- an Polish investor on acquisition a number of real properties in Poland and its further sale to an international company with a single transaction of value of more than 100 MLN EUR
- a Bulgarian residential developer on acquisition of a real property in Warsaw
- logistic and warehouse developer on acquisition of number of real properties in Poland designated for development of warehouses including one single transaction covering acquisition of 120 hectares;
- an entrepreneur in the paper industry for the purchase of land (preliminary agreements) for the construction of a new production plant;
- automotive entrepreneur regarding the purchase of land (preliminary and final agreements) for the construction of its own, new storage and distribution centre.

We are local commercial real estate boutique, working for international clients in the office, logistics, residential and hotel sectors.
We are offering a comprehensive legal advice related to the entire life cycle of a real property, starting from due diligence and acquisition, through development and leasing and then exit process. We lead a number of projects for our clients in the warehouse real estate market being international commercial real estate funds and developers, including Hillwood, Logicor and Mapletree. On daily basis we provide leasing and asset management support to portfolio of office, warehouse and retail objects (our office portfolio alone exceeds 40 buildings, owned by major international investment funds).
As the result, we are mostly recognized in the office and logistics real estate sectors, especially with regard to lease market. In addition, one of our Partners, Piotr Grzonek, is a renowned and recognized expert in the hotel real estate sector.
