Sierra Balmain has addressed a pivotal question through a groundbreaking social consultation project driven by AI, making it the first of its kind in the Polish market. Conducted across the social media profiles of seven shopping malls, this campaign redefines public engagement. The initiative exceeded expectations, with competition posts achieving nearly 5.5 million views and 60,000 reactions, demonstrating significant public interest. Participants described their vision of the ideal, consumer-friendly shopping mall, identifying key areas for future changes in architecture and ESG, social functions, and operational services. Based on their comments, the DALL-E program generated images that accurately reflected these ideas. In total, 64 publications appeared in media, reaching an audience of 181,958, with an AVE of 51,661 PLN. By leveraging AI solutions, Sierra Balmain has transformed SM marketing and initiated a crucial industry debate about the future of commercial real estate.
