Sierra Balmain’s portfolio includes 20 diverse properties in 15 cities, making us a leading shopping center advisor in Poland. Our robust activity, the acquisition of new properties, and industry awards in the first half of this year, further strengthened the company’s position. In April of this year, we took over the management of Galeria Pomorska in Bydgoszcz, a month later, Power Park Opole and in June, Carrefour Kraków. Overall, we are responsible for 450,000 m² of GLA. The acquisition of new properties and the successful strategies have also led to an overall increase in footfall and revenue. This year, we recorded a 4% increase in footfall and an 8% increase in revenue. The occupancy rate at all facilities is 97% now. In addition to SCs, our portfolio includes logistics facilities, retail parks and mixed-use properties. We manage warehouse facilities in Rzeszów and are working with residential, office investors and developers on mixed use schemes, e.g. Cavatina and DWS.
