The Industrial Agency team of Savills advises on the leasing of warehouse and industrial space, as well as the purchase and sale of logistics properties. As part of the Industrial Services Hub platform, it provides comprehensive services for the industrial sector, including: property and asset management, building and project consultancy as well as investment, strategic and ESG advisory, thus being a one- stop shop for its clients.
The Industrial Services Hub has played a key role in several major transactions in Poland's warehouse and production markets. This includes facilitating a 110,000 sq m lease at CTPark Warsaw West, assisting in the construction of a 40,000 sq m factory for Psi Bufet and Butternut Box at CTPark Zabrze, and brokering a 40,000 sq m lease for a logistics provider in Będzin. Additionally, they advised Eberspächer Sütrak GmbH on selecting a site for a 12,500 sq m factory and warehouse in Poland. |
