The LIXA D and E represent the final phase of the LIXA campus in the business center of Warsaw. Offering over 28,000 m2 of commercial space, they are among the largest office projects completed in Poland in 2024. Key highlights of the project include the use of low-emission concrete and façades made of 70% recycled aluminum. Moreover, the certified electricity used during the construction and operation of the buildings is sourced 100% from wind farms. LIXA D and E perfectly align with Yareal’s sustainable development strategy, not only through the use of eco-friendly materials and renewable energy sources but also by emphasizing the social aspect. This final phase completes the unique LIXA City Gardens concept, creating a new, attractive urban fabric. LIXA City Gardens is an exceptional commercial, service, and dining space offering numerous amenities. The entire complex includes over 5,500 m2 of green areas, including courtyards and terraces.
