The past 12 months were a real breakthrough for Savills Building & Project Consultancy. During that period of time the team has provided technical advisory for assets with a total area of 4.5 million sq m, including 70 high-end fit-outs with a total area of 50,000 sq m and the team has grown by more than 50%. Savills was a part of the biggest transactions on the market. As a technical advisor for NREP the team provided one of the largest technical and environmental due diligence on the Polish commercial real estate market.
At a time of dynamically changing costs of materials, the team was able to respond to the challenges by offering unique solutions that allow clients to make real savings. Thanks to its innovative Open Book by Savills formula, the BPC department is able to fully manage the construction process and give the client a control over the cost of construction works. The value of construction works in the Open Book formula in the last 12 months exceeded PLN 40 million.
