Please say why this deal should be considered for the award
This is one of the largest real estate M&A transactions in the logistics sector in Europe this year.
As a share capital increase, it has been one of the more complex transactions taking place in Poland this year. The investment though share capital increase is financing a substantial logistics development portfolio. 7R is now one of the most capitalised warehouse developer focused on Poland. It is a opportunity to apply the Nrep decarbonisation focus to large scale portfolio in Poland. |
