Błażej Ciesielczak is CEO at GLP CEE. With over 20 years of experience in RE, construction and business, he leads a team responsible for developing and managing projects totaling >2.6 million sqm of logistics space.
Before joining GLP, he worked for Goodman, where he successively served as Director, Board Member and CEO for CEE. In 2003–2008, he worked at Segro Poland, his roles included Country Head. He graduated in Company Management from the Poznań University of Economics and Business. |

GLP Lędziny Park – the second building (35,000 SQM), located directly at the S1 road junction, 10 minutes from the A4 motorway and the S1 expressway.
GLP Poznań Airport Logistics Park – the final stage (29,000 SQM) of the project located next to the Poznań-Ławica Airport, the entire park offers more than 81,000 SQM of space now. GLP Kraków Airport Logistics Park – the last building (14,000 SQM) in Modlniczka near Kraków, it has Cummins as its main tenant. GLP Warsaw V Logistics Park – the 23,400 SQM project is located next to the Grodzisk Mazowiecki junction of the A2 motorway. The logistics company No Limit is its sole tenant. GLP Wrocław V Logistics Park – the project has been expanded with 90,700 SQM of new warehouse space currently used by leading e-commerce firms. Pomeranian Logistics Centre – the new unit (38,499 SQM) situated next to the Deepwater Container Terminal in Gdańsk. |

Czechia
GLP Park Brno Holubice – The project’s space (70,000 SQM) can be adapted for use as showrooms, distribution centres, light industrial production, research premises or an administrative base. It is to be BREEAM certified at the ‘Excellent’ level, with energy and water management systems, photovoltaic roof installations, as well as charging stations for electric vehicles. The park has also been designed and built as a ‘Digital Twin’ using BIM modelling and premises equipped with thousands of data sensors. The data will be utilized in a PM system twiGIS to ensure efficient operations and maintenance. Poland Wrocław V Logistics Centre - developed in the Wrocław metropolitan area, the warehouse park in Magnice is one of Poland’s largest and most successful logistics projects. The latest stage of the development (86,000 SQM) had already been fully leased before the start of construction. It will meet the BREEAM Excellent certificate guidelines. |
