Embarked on his journey with LCP in 1994, appointed as a director in 2004. In 2005, LCP took a significant stride by expanding its operations into PL. He was entrusted with the role of CEO of LCP Properties Poland in 2007, responsible for all projects in the country (developments & acquisitions).

Portfolio of all completed properties currently held by your company
LCP retail portfolio in Poland grew over the years to over 90 properties, mostly thanks to acquisitions. The company started in 2023 the unifying its portfolio by implementation a brand of M Park across its retail parks. On top in 2023 first M Park development projects have been delivered to the market, including a flagship project in Świdnik. Currently the company has 45 M Park opened in Poland (more to come). On top EMKA expansion was a milestone investment in the latest months.

Projects in progress
Reda, Łochów and Iława are the cities in which M Park number 46, 47 and 48 are being built. LCP portfolio under this brand is constantly growing, and thanks to the three projects, the company will bring another 13,000 sqm of retail space to the market.
Each of the three M Parks is being built in a convenient location, right next to large population centers and developing housing estates. A grocery operator, which plays a significant role in this retail concept, will be located right next to it.

In 2024 LCP plans to kick off with 6 new retail developments projects in Poland with scheduled GLA of almost 36,000 sqm.
