One of the biggest transactions in the Polish logistics/industrial market, part of wider international transaction:
CBRE Investment Management in the course of 2022 closed transaction comprised of 57-asset, 2.6 million sqm portfolio of state-of-the-art logistics properties in the United States and Europe valued at approximately $4.9 billion, from Hillwood. The portfolio includes 33 U.S. assets, totalling 1.8 million sqm, and 24 assets across Germany, Poland and the United Kingdom, totalling 854,000 sqm. Polish part of the portfolio amounted to EUR +500m, 14 assets, all newly built, high technical spec, GLA of 629,000sqm and has been consecutively closed since July 2022 until the year end. |
