Jury

For the Jury Awards, individual juries made up of leading market professionals are to choose the winning project or company in each category.

The list of jury members is confidential until the voting process has been closed. This will be announced and published on the www.eurobuildawards.com website when the voting is finished.
Jury members are to be asked to keep their participation confidential, to limit any potential influence from the candidates on the jury members.

The application to join the JURY takes place from September 1st to October 15th

ABOUT THE JURY

Conditions for Jury Mambers

  • Jurors must be recognized specialists in the relevant category and hold a manager-level or higher position.
  • They should be the most suitable representative of their company to assess the category.
  • Jurors may come from any area of the real estate industry, except marketing, sales or PR (unless exceptionally justified).
  • A juror cannot sit on a category where their company has submitted a project, or where there is any conflict of interest.

Participation rules:

  • Each juror must complete the online application form and select the categories in which they wish to vote.
  • Jurors may sit on up to four categories.
  • Only one juror per company per category is allowed, though a company may be represented in several categories.
