AGATA BRZEZIŃSKA
Agata joined PRADERA in 2014. In her role of Head of CEE and Board Member, Agata is responsible for all aspects of Pradera’s operations in CEE, where various vehicles directly or indirectly control a portfolio of 7 assets covering nearly 200,000 sqm of GLA, representing €350 million value. Prior to joining Pradera, Agata held the position of Country Manager and Retail Director at Neinver Polska and was ultimately responsible for Neinver’s Polish operations including the development and asset management of the Factory Outlet Centers portfolio, Galeria Malta and Galeria Katowicka. Agata’s earlier career in the retail property market include GTC S.A., on behalf of Inter Alia, Galeria Mokotów and Galeria Kazimierz. PWSBiA and AIESEC alumna. AGATA DEMUTH
Agata Demuth is a Partner at Osborne Clarke heading the Real Estate Practice in the Warsaw office. She is a business-oriented and goal-focused attorney-at-law with over 25 years of professional experience, specializing in real estate transactions on the Polish and CEE market. Agata focuses on structuring and negotiating real estate transactions, including acquisitions and disposals, mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and joint ventures. She supports investors in the implementation of innovative real estate projects related to the establishment and operations of investment platforms and the management of real estate portfolios, particularly in the emerging market sectors, including BTR/PRS and PBSA. Her highly specialized assistance to the investors covers all phases of the investment cycle, from the appropriate investment structure set-up, through the real estate acquisition, development and management to the investment exit.
AGNIESZKA POPKO
Agnieszka is responsible for running of Polish organization of ECE Projektmanagement, including for the efficient management of finance functions in Poland, commercial/accounting-focused steering and the control of ECE companies. Before Joining ECE, she worked for reputable international real estate companies such as Globe Trade Centre and Avestus Real Estate as Chief Accounting Officer and Chief Financial Officer. She holds MBA and CIA titles. Agnieszka has broad experience in all aspects of accounting, auditing and financial management, direct experience with real estate and public company accounting (incl. managements accounts, internal controls, budgeting and investments).
Agnieszka Ciupak
Since November 2022, Agnieszka Ciupak has been serving as Managing Director at GTC in Poland. She is responsible for overseeing the company’s day-to-day operations, including asset management and market strategy development, as well as managing human resources and marketing activities on the domestic market. Agnieszka Ciupak has over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate sector, gained while heading leasing departments at leading international companies and investment funds. She also held the position of Office Department Director at CPI Poland, HB Reavis Poland, and Griffin Real Estate/Echo Investment. She is a graduate of International Economic Relations at the Warsaw School of Economics and Economics at the Private University of Business and Administration in Warsaw. She also holds postgraduate diplomas from Kozminski University in Coaching and Professional Supervisory Board Practices.
ALEKSANDRA JACH
Experienced real estate lawyer with strong expertise on real estate transactions. Awarded as Top Woman in Real Estate in June 2024, admitted to RICS as Commercial Real Estate Specialist in July 2024. Conscious of the impact of the real estate sector on climate, its exposure to imports of the cheap steel and carbon – generating materials form outside EU, she focuses on raising sustainability awareness among investors, by engaging in works of a number of ESG teams (within Warsaw RICS Community, PING, task force groups at the MInistry of Finance). She also questions the burden of the reporting obligations steemming form sustainability issues, thus she believes that smart technology need to safeguard European markets competitive while raising the sustainability bar. Having worked for 18 years for the biggest corporations (Clifford Chance, Wolf Theiss, K&L Gates) she became a transactional expert and in March 2024 decided (with 3 other partners) to set up her own law firm.
Aleksandra Kołbon
leksandra Kołbon, MBA – expert with over 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate sector, specializing in business development and leasing. She started her career at Yareal Polska as a Project Manager for residential projects, then developed her expertise at White Star Real Estate and LCube, focusing on the commercialization of big-box warehouses. At Ideal Idea she managed leasing for SBU projects, while at DeA Capital Real Estate Poland she supported project location selection, leasing, tenant relations, and marketing strategies. She has broad experience in creating and implementing commercialization strategies for warehouse space, maximizing occupancy and minimizing vacancies, as well as in lease negotiations and renegotiations. Currently, at Futureal Group, she is responsible for business development and leasing in the industrial and logistics real estate sector in Poland.
Andrzej Lulka
Founder, Managing Partner of the Law Firm Andrzej Lulka and Partners Andrzej Lulka has advised numerous Polish and international businesses, including on projects with a complex legal structure, such as the acquisition of a portfolio of shopping centres, a development project involving commercial facilities integrated with a railway station, a demerger through the spin-off of assets comprising shopping malls in approximately 30 facilities to a new company, as well as residential and commercial projects implemented as a result of the revitalisation of post-industrial facilities. Andrzej Borówka has cooperated with Avestus Real Estate since 2012. He has 20 years of experience in the real estate sector in the Polish market. Andrzej is responsible for the development and implementation of property management strategies for office projects in Poland and for the coordination of the activities of his team in the area of management and technical maintenance of buildings. Andrzej is directly accountable for the management of the Enterprise Park office complex in Kraków and supervises the Imagine and Infinity office projects in Wrocław in terms of management and technical maintenance. Before joining Avestus Real Estate, Andrzej worked at Knight Frank and held the position of Property Manager. At that time, he was responsible for the management of the Buma Square Business Park office complex. His experience also includes working on commercial projects for Carrefour Poland and Ahold Poland.

Aneta Rogowicz – Gała
Aneta is the Head of Industrial Property Management, Warsaw, Poland. She is responsible for proper property management of the entire industrial portfolio exceeding 4,000,000 GLA. She coordinates work of property operational team of approximately 30 people. She is an expert of her field, responsible for coordination of operational and financial services of the managed projects including: reporting, budgeting, operational management of the schemes and supervision of subcontractors. She is also responsible for industrial business development and relations with Clients. Prior to joining CBRE, Aneta worked for Knight Frank and Cushman & Wakefield. She has over 18 years of experience in the real estate market.
ANNA PLESKOWICZ
Anna is a partner at Crido, in a real estate team of over 35 people. She has over 20 years of experience in tax advisory services. She specialises in delivering comprehensive advice on Polish and international tax law matters in the real estate sector and supports clients in M&A and restructuring projects. She has co-authored a book entitled Opodatkowanie rynku nieruchomości [Taxation in the real estate market], which is a detailed discussion of the tax matters that Poland’s real estate market actors are faced with.
Anna Wysocka
Anna, currently Head of Retail Leasing in Poland, joined CBRE in September 2025. She is responsible for maintaining relationships with key clients, overseeing the key mandates of landlord and tenant representation as well as for developing and delivering integrated retail solutions for the commercial sector. Anna has over 25 years (of which 23 in retail) wide experience and great knowledge of the real estate market. She has been cooperating with such clients as Globe Trade Center (GTC), Ikea Centers Poland, Neinver, Apollo- Rida, CDI, Liebrecht & Wood, Balmain, Multi, Resolution Property, Echo Investment, EPP, Globalworth, Pradera, AEW, Ghelamco, Immobel, Heitman, CBRE IM, Deka, Strabag, Cromwell etc. She was also involved in tenant representation services and has worked on behalf of such clients as Claire’s, Aldo, Landmark (Debenhams), Superdry, LC Waikiki and others. Anna Bartoszewicz-Wnuk is an experienced leader in the commercial real estate sector with over 25 years of expertise. Anna Duchnowska is Managing Director of Investment Management at Invesco Real Estate. She leads the CEE Investments, coordinates Pan-European Asset Management, and drives value creation initiatives. As a member of Invesco’s European Executive Committee and Equity Investment Committee, she oversees the investment activity of the platform in Europe and actively contributes to investment strategy execution. As a mentor of Invesco Women’s Network, INREV, and ULI, she promotes diversity and inclusion. With 20+ years’ experience, including roles at Colliers, AIB Polonia, and KPMG, Anna specializes in investment and asset management, financial restructuring, jv developments and leasing and finance across various property sectors. Anna Głowacz
Anna Głowacz has more than 20 years’ experience in commercial real estate. She is responsible for managing the Industrial team at AXI IMMO. She is also Director of the AXI IMMO branch in Katowice. She has supported the development of AXI IMMO, participating actively in leasing and purchase transactions relating to industrial properties. Anna is a graduate of the University of Economics in Katowice. She has also completed postgraduate studies at the Warsaw University of Real Estate Management and the CCIM course.
Arne Bongenaar
From 2006 till now Arne is one of the three managing partners in Acteeum Group. From 2004 till 2006 Arne was Sales Director for Multi Development’s Central European and Turkish shopping center portfolio. From June 1999-2004 Arne was responsible for the Central European activities of Ahold Real Estate Europe. Prior to that Arne was working as an acquisition director at Schiphol International Airport and as consultant at the Nationale Investerings Bank. By education Arne is an urban geographer. He graduated in 1989 from The University of Amsterdam, The Netherlands. He holds a doctor’s degree from the University of Utrecht, The Netherlands with a thesis on public private partnerships in urban development in Japan.
Artur Czuba
Artur is an experienced real estate market professional. Before Avison Young Artur worked at Colliers where he has been engaged in projects of financing and refinancing of core properties in cooperation with some of the biggest lenders within Europe. Artur joined Avison Young Investment Advisory Team in 2017. He is responsible for transaction management. Among other projects in various market segments, Artur engaged recently mostly in retail parks sector.
Artur Niski
Artur Niski, who joined ING in 2007, is currently heading real estate sector client coverage team at ING Poland. Artur has more than 20 years of professional experience in relationship management, real estate lending and portfolio management. Since the beginning of his career, Artur has been involved in the commercial real estate sector and over the years he has built his expertise in arranging and structuring complex financial solutions for commercial real estate sector. He holds M.S. degree in Economics from Warsaw University.

Artur Sutor leads the multidisciplinary team operating under the ITRA brand in Poland. BARTŁOMIEJ BAREJ
Bartek graduated Finance and Banking at University of Warsaw and has 15 years of experience in real estate market. He is managing sizeable property portfolio in Santander Bank Polska, which is the biggest private owned bank in Poland and has one of the biggest real estate teams in the country. Santander Bank Polska is a part of Banco Santander, leading global financial institution with over 200k employees, nearly 170m customers and over 1 trillion of loans volume. Real estate transactions covered by Bartek include all sectors – office, logistic, residential, PRS, hotels and retail, as well as group corporate financing. Among his responsibilities there is also strategic planning of bank’s approach towards different sectors of real estate, forecasting and management of property portfolio.
Bartłomiej Kordeczka
Bartłomiej is a partner in Dentons’ Warsaw office and the Deputy Head of Real Estate practice group. He is also a member of the Hotels and Leisure sector team. Bartłomiej is a transactional lawyer advising clients on their investments in the property sector. He represents real estate investors, private equity or private funds, developers and asset managers on comprehensive real estate law matters including civil, administrative and commercial aspects. Bartosz is an experienced real estate professional currently managing our leasing and asset management team across CEE region. He is responsible for investments, promoting our available properties, negotiating and closing leasing deals, and coordinating with Property Managers to ensure smooth operations. Bartosz works closely with tenants and is also involved in negotiations for new acquisitions and meetings with potential lessors. Before joining Fortress Real Estate, Bartosz was the Development & Strategic Clients Director at Waimea Holdings, managing leasing and property activities. Damian GRZYWACZ
Damian Grzywacz is a seasoned real estate executive with over 25 years of experience across construction, development, and investment in the real estate sector. With a background in construction engineering, he has spent the past decade in senior management roles, leading major projects and organizations within the industry. Since 2021, Damian has served as Managing Director of Lincoln Property Company in Poland, overseeing the firm’s operations and strategic growth in the region. Throughout his career, he has successfully managed and delivered projects spanning office, industrial, retail, residential, and large-scale mixed-use developments. His extensive track record also includes leadership positions in other development and advisory companies, giving him a comprehensive perspective on the real estate market.
Damian Kołata
Damian Kolata, Head of Commercial, a manager with 20 years of experience in the sphere of logistics and e-commerce. He was responsible for demand forecasting and inventory management, later additionally coordinating the cross-border flow of goods. Afterwards in charge of warehouse processes optimization, correlating individual logistics operations, and reducing their costs as Logistics Director for Ukraine. Recently was in charge for the e-commerce warehouse operations for biggest European online fashion marketplace, operating in warehouses of more than a hundred football fields. After that succesfully led Industrial & Logistics Agency in Cushman & Wakefield as Head of the Department and EMEA Operating Board Member.
Daniel Bienias
Daniel joined CBRE in 2010 and has since made a notable impact on Poland’s real estate market. Since becoming Managing Director in 2015, the Polish office has grown significantly, reaching a leading position with a team of over 500 advisors. In 2023, Daniel was promoted to Managing Director for the CEE region. Before CBRE, he served as Head of Marketing and Leasing at CA Immo. He graduated from the University of Szczecin and completed postgraduate studies at the Warsaw University of Technology. He further developed his skills at Sheffield Hallam University, Ashridge Business School, ESADE, and Harvard Business School. DIETER KNITTEL
Dieter Knittel is Managing Director and Head of International Real Estate Finance for Central and Eastern Europe at pbb Deutsche Pfandbriefbank. Dieter is responsible for the bank’s lending portfolio in the region. The regional focus is on Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Romania. Dieter has been active in the CEE market for more than twenty years, including five years based in Warsaw as Head of Credit and Senior Risk Management.
Dorota Suchodolska
Dorota brings over 18 years of experience in the real estate industry. She joined Balmain Asset Management in 2007, where she spent seven years managing a portfolio of 17 retail properties with a combined value exceeding EUR 130 million. During this time, she led key asset management initiatives, including six redevelopment projects totaling EUR 7.9 million and new developments worth EUR 25 million. In 2013, Dorota transitioned to Balmain Property Management, where she has been responsible for property and project management, as well as technical services, across all shopping centers managed by the Balmain Group. Her role encompasses oversight of property management, facility management, and ESG initiatives. Dorota played a pivotal role in establishing the structures, processes, and procedures that underpin the property management division. Today, the department manages a diverse portfolio comprising 13 retail and 4 industrial properties.
Dorota Jagodzińska
Dorota Jagodzińska-Sasson has been involved in the real estate development industry for 24 years. At Panattoni, she is responsible for the company’s expansion into emerging markets. Under her leadership, over 10 years, Panattoni delivered over 2.5 million square meters of warehouse space in areas that were initially not considered a natural direction for the industry’s development. Her success was so significant that in 2024, the developer decided to spin off an additional company dedicated to expanding into emerging markets. Dorota Jagodzińska-Sasson will lead it. This is a testament to the manager who has set a new direction for Panattoni and the entire industry. She graduated from the Department of Humanities at the Faculty of English and American Studies at Tel Aviv University. Outside of her professional career, she is involved in animal protection initiatives. She founded the On The Wild Side – Animals Rescue Foundation, whose mission is to create a sanctuary for wild animals.
Elżbieta Chmielowska
Elżbieta Chmielowska –has been working in the banking sector since the beginning of her career. For the past 17 years she has been involved in real estate financing. She has extensive experience in structuring loans in all property market segments: offices, retail, logistics, as well as PRS and private student accommodation. She is responsible for transactions ranging from tens to hundreds of millions of zlotys including syndicated deals. She cooperates with many developers and investors both Polish and foreign. She currently heads the Real Estate Financing Team at BNP Paribas.
EMILIA TACZEWSKA-TROJAŃSKA
Emilia Taczewska-Trojańska is a member of Panattoni team since April 2017. She gained her experience during many years of work in banks in the financial structuring department of Deutsche Bank PBC and credit risk department in the largest Polish bank, Bank PKO BP. Currently serving as Head of Debt Finance Poland. Panattoni’s lending team, led by Emilia, specializes in obtaining debt financing for development projects, mainly bank financing. Thanks to deep knowledge in the field of banking and real estate, the team effectively negotiates financing conditions and coordinates processes related to granting loans, including preparing documentation, negotiating with banks, working with lawyers and managing collateral. Activities also include coordination of loan disbursements, project monitoring and cooperation with various departments within the organization, which ensures comprehensive and effective financial support for project implementation.
Erik Drukker
Erik Drukker, CEO of BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland, has over 30 years of experience in the Central European real estate market. After leading DTZ in Poland, as Deputy Managing Director for nearly two decades and helping it become a market leader, he joined BNP Paribas Real Estate in 2013, where he now oversees the company’s dynamic growth across Poland. Under his leadership, BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland increased turnover by 60% within first two years and achieved record results. Deeply engaged in the industry, Erik serves on numerous juries and advisory boards, including the Netherlands–Polish Chamber of Commerce. A passionate cyclist and art enthusiast, he is also dedicated to revitalizing historic properties, currently redeveloping an old distillery near Warsaw.
EWA ZAGÓRSKA
Tech-savvy architect with over 15 years of experience in real estate. Specializes in ESG, sustainability, and business process optimization projects driven by innovation and digital technologies. Experienced in the design of office and residential buildings and the construction of modular prefabricated technology, as well as the implementation of BIM software and the use of new technologies in the realization of green and zero energy buildings.
Ewa Dragunajtys
Ewa Dragunajtys serves as Head of Asset Management at Golden Star Group, where she is responsible for managing a commercial real estate portfolio totaling over 125,000 sqm. Her key responsibilities include overseeing leasing and transaction processes, developing long-term strategic plans, and managing the Asset, Leasing, and Property Management teams. She has been with the company since 2017. Ewa has over 13 years of experience in the real estate sector. Previously, she worked with The Tides Property Group and Atal, where she was responsible for the development and leasing of real estate projects. She also held the position of Property Broker at Nuvalu, representing tenants in relocation and renegotiation processes.
FABRICE PAUMELLE
Fabrice has over 25 years worldwide experience in retail operations and real estate, 20 of which he has spent in CEE, mainly in Poland, where he actively participated in developing, selling or leasing of approx. 3 mln sqm. Currently, he leads the Retail Advisory department in BNP Paribas Real Estate in Poland. Fabrice takes advantage of maintaining very close relationships with decision makers of 90% of current retail stock in Poland (shopping centers, retail and convenience parks, high street). Prior to creating retail advisory services in BNP Paribas Real Estate, Fabrice was a member of the founding team of Mayland Real Estate shopping center developer, a developer & retailer for Geant hypermarkets. In between, his two Polish based experiences, Fabrice advised Casino Group Supervisory Board in 40 countries worldwide for food retail expansion. On his free time, Fabrice enjoys to teach and share with children as a rugby coach in Warsaw.
Georg Blaschke
Georg Blaschke is an educated banker and holds a university degree in business administration. He has over 25 years of experience in real estate finance in USA, UK, France, Benelux and CEE. At professional posts in London, New York and Frankfurt he has been responsible for loan origination, credit management and business development. Since 2010 Georg has been responsible for Real Estate Finance in Poland at Helaba and has originated and underwritten financings of about EUR 7.0 billion. Since 2020 he is also heading Helaba’s real estate financings in CEE and Benelux.

Mariusz Breś
As Senior Vice President, Mariusz Breś is responsible for developing Golden Star Group’s operations in Poland, the Netherlands, Germany and the Czech Republic. He co-develops the company’s international structures and is in charge of building and enhancing the value of the Group’s office and hospitality portfolio. He also coordinates the activities of the Group’s subsidiaries – Golden Star Estate (since 2015) and LIM Joint Venture (since 2007) – managing investments worth over EUR 1.5 billion. Mariusz Krzak has over 20 years of experience in the real estate and construction industries. He joined the company in 2010 as a Project Manager. Since March 2014, as Regional Director for Skanska office business in Poland, he has been responsible for the development of office building investments and the unit’s business strategies in Krakow, Wroclaw, Poznan and Katowice. In February 2020 he took the position of Executive Vice President Operations Poland and Senior Leadership Team member at the Skanska commercial development business unit for Central and Eastern Europe. Marta most recently served as Leasing and Asset Management Director at Yareal, where she was responsible for leasing office and retail spaces, including the developer’s flagship office investment in Warsaw, LIXA, and the retail component at SOHO by Yareal. Prior to that, she held leadership roles at Avestus Real Estate, NEINVER, Kulczyk Silverstein Properties, GTC, and TriGranit itself. Martyna Balcer
Martyna Balcer is the Chief Operations Officer at ITRA Polska, participating in the development of the company from the beginning of its presence on the Polish market. She also hold the position of Head of Office Department. She has 15 years of experience in working in the real estate industry. Rafał Kran
Rafał Kran is a tax advisor, an expert in the area of property tax and income tax. He has successfully represented clients in proceedings before authorities and courts, recovering significant amounts of overpayments. He specialises in cost segregation settlements of industrial, office, retail and RES investments – i.e. establishment of fixed assets, their initial values and depreciation. The value of the investments settled by Rafal’s department is calculated in billions of euros. He advises real estate and RES clients on ongoing tax settlements, including fit-outs, cash contribution, minimum tax on building income (conducting refund proceedings with full efficiency). Rafal is an attorney in the first case before the Court of Justice of the EU concerning property tax (exemption for railway infrastructure). Under his leadership, the company has successfully divested two real estate funds, delivering outstanding returns to its clients. Prior to founding the company, Robert held several leadership positions focusing on complex international mergers, acquisitions, and strategic projects. Among others, he served in executive roles at AIG and Zurich Insurance Group. Robert is an experienced M&A professional and studied in Prague.
SANDRA WRÓBLEWSKA
Sandra is responsible for the process of acquiring clients, building long-term relationships with the business environment, and promoting the company. She effectively strengthens KP’s image as an established presence and valued partner in the construction industry. Her many years of unwavering commitment, market knowledge, and charisma contribute to the company’s acquisition of new ambitious projects and good financial results every year. Sandra represents the organization in the media and at industry events in Poland and abroad. She builds business relationships in a unique way, recognizing the individuality of each person. Sandra holds a master’s degree in economics, is a graduate of the Executive MBA program at the Warsaw School of Economics / University of Minnesota and also completed the Master Class of Management at SWPS. She was named Industry Builder Personality of 2025 and Top Woman in Real Estate 2020 (Winner of both the Online Voting and Business Development awards).
Sebastian Biedrzycki
Sebastian is heading Office part of Property Management business and Landlord Services in Poland. He plays the role of Client Relationship Manager for key clients of the managed Office portfolio and is responsible for coordination and performance of the team, quality of the delivered services, highest level of clients’ satisfaction and best practice solutions. Sebastian is managing the operational team responsible for the office and mixed-used portfolio above 2,000,000 GLA. He is also responsible for business development and Landlord representation, tenancy issues, budgeting, costs and income analyses as well as service charge cost optimization, which he specializes in. Due to his expertise he is actively involved in major advisory projects conducted by CBRE. He is a licensed Property Manager and active member of CCIM and IFMA organizations. In the past he worked for such companies as King Sturge, JLL or Savills and has over 18 years of professional experience in real estate market.
SEBASTIAN KIEĆ
Sebastian Kieć, CEO AFI Poland Sebastian Kieć joined AFI Poland in 2007 as CFO then was promoted to COO and in 2010 was nominated as CEO and Poland Country Manager. His main responsibilities are focused on two strategic real estate segments: office properties and residential properties, including newly developed segment of yielding residential properties. Sebastian has over 20 years experience in real estate market. Before joining AFI Poland served as CFO in real estate company BSR EUROPE Poland, prior to this in PricewaterhouseCoopers in audit and advisory department and in Coca-Cola in controlling department. Sebastian Kieć is graduated from Cracow University of Economics and is a CPA (ACCA -the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants).
Sylwia Toczyska
Sylwia Toczyska brings over 25 years of experience in international accounting, taxation, and business leadership, with more than 15 years in the real estate sector. She began her career in finance at multinational companies such as Rossmann and GE, transitioning to outsourcing in 2007. Since then, she has worked with global service providers, including Vistra and Deloitte. At Vistra, Sylwia has held senior roles across accounting, tax compliance, client relationship management, and market growth in Poland and Central Europe. She led teams managing complex client engagements. Since rejoining Vistra in June 2025, she has taken a leadership role in Fund Services, focusing on real estate investment structures for international clients across EMEA. She aims to grow the multi-country portfolio through advanced technologies. Sylwia graduated from the Poznań School of Economics and completed doctoral studies in accounting at Łódź University. A licensed tax advisor since 2009
Szymon Zduńczyk
Szymon Zduńczyk is a manager with over 14 years of experience in the construction and real estate sector. As Managing Director and Board Member at Karimpol Polska, where he has worked for six years, he is responsible for project management, site supervision, and all technical and ESG aspects of the company’s investments. He currently oversees the entire construction process of Skyliner II, one of Warsaw’s most advanced office buildings. His expertise includes cost control, organization of execution processes, and supervision of subcontractors. Before joining Karimpol, he worked for leading engineering and consulting companies such as ILF, Egis, and AECOM, providing technical advisory for public and private investors in Poland and abroad. He graduated from the Warsaw University of Technology and the Military University of Technology in Warsaw.
Tatiana Spencer
Tatiana Spencer in the real estate sector since 1996. Her work experience includes a position as Agency Director at King Sturge. For over 4 years she was responsible for leasing and land acquisition, managing a team of 16 agents. Her main clients were Helical, Budizol, Rece, Ghelamco, Napollo, Plaza, MLP and others. Previously for over 9 years with Jones Lang LaSalle, heading a retail team for Poland, she advised many well known companies such as: GTC, Ikea, Neinver, King Cross, Carrefour, Multidevelopment, IIC, Echo Investment and others. The main projects she was involved in include Galeria Mokotów, Wola Park , Galeria Kazimierz, Galaxy, Pasaż Grunwaldzki, Factory Outlet, Sfera II, CH Marcelin, Carrefour Morena, CH Ogrody, Wzorcownia, Stary Browar II, Galeria Jurajska, Forum Koszalin, Sarni Stok, Europa Centralna, amongst others. Tatiana studied Architecture and graduated as an Urban Planner. She also holds an MBA degree from University of Illinois and Warsaw University
TERO LOUKONEN
Tero Loukonen is Head of Research in PASSERINVEST GROUP, he joined the company in January 2012. In addition, Tero is a member of the board in Association of Developers, based in Prague. Tero has over 25 years’ experience from real estate industry in Prague, Czech Republic and he started his career in 2000 at tenant representation department with Jones Lang LaSalle, and he then joined King Sturge in 2003 to become Head of Research. Prior joining PASSERINVEST GROUP, he was Head of Office Agency in Prague branch of EHL Immobilien GmbH, an Austrian real estate consultancy. Tero has Master of Science degree from The Turku School of Economics and Business Administration, Finland. In addition, he has completed Central and Eastern European Studies Program in University of Economics, Prague.
TOMASZ KOZAK
Member of the Management Board of the Profbud capital group. He has been associated with the Profbud Group since 2017 and until 2021 he held the position of chairman of the supervisory board and legal counsel responsible for corporate affairs, the acquisition department, M&A and the commercialization of the group’s office space. As part of his function on the management board, he develops the Commercial Department of the Profbud group as a member of the board for commercial investments. Tomasz has been associated with the legal and real estate market for years. He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University and the Management Program, organized by the ICAN Institute in cooperation with Harvard Business Review. He gained experience working in law firms – Oleś & Rodzynkiewicz and WKB Wierciński, Kwieciński, Baehr – in the corporate and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) departments.
Tomasz Michalczyk
Tomasz has over 14 years of experience in managing key assets, executing strategic lease transactions, and advising institutional investors and developers on the office market. Throughout his career, he has secured critical pre-let agreements that enabled the financing and development of flagship projects. As an Associate Partner at White Star Real Estate, he was responsible for portfolio strategy and office leasing, playing a key role in fund relations and investment processes.
TOMASZ OKTABA
Tomasz Oktaba, director project management for Accolade Polska, the leader in logistics real estate across Europe, supervises the Polish project management team with overall responsibility for the company’s development and construction activities in the country. Tomasz joined Accolade in 2022 bringing over 20 years of experience in real estate project management. During his career he has been involved in some of the country’s major development projects such as Złote Tarasy, Rondo 1 and Silesia City Center. With a master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Warsaw University of Technology, Tomasz is a member of RICS & CCIM and is a licensed manager/supervisory inspector
Tomasz Ożdziński
Tax Advisor, Partner at BDO Poland. Former Partner in the International Tax and Transaction Services Team and the head of the Tax Team of the Real Estate Group of EY Poland. Prior roles also included being the Head of Tax at Garrigues Poland, Partner responsible for the Warsaw tax practice of TPA [Horwath] and Director responsible for the Real Estate Team in the Tax and Legal Department of PwC. Graduate of the Law and Administration Faculty of the University of Adam Mickiewicz in Poznań, as well as postgraduate Executive Programme at Solvay Brussels School of Economics & Management of Université Libre de Bruxelles and a qualified tax advisor.
TOMASZ RĄBA
I have been involved in the commercial real estate industry for 18 years. I have worked for the largest developers and consulting agencies.  Extensive experience in the area of the warehouse, logistics and industrial real estate market. 
Tomasz Szewczyk
From 1999 to 2006 Tomasz was working for Royal Ahold, ultimately as Vice President Real Estate Ahold Central Europe, being responsible for all real estate activities of Ahold in Central Europe. Ahold at that time operated app 400 Albert supermarkets and 70 Hypernova hypermarkets in Poland, Czech Republic and Slovakia. Tomasz was dealing with the development of numerous shopping centers, acquisitions and sales, both of real estate as well as retail operations. Tomasz joined ACTEEUM Group in October 2006. From January 2007 till September 2009 he acted as Country Managing Director Turkey, being responsible for all ACTEEUM development and shopping center management activities in Turkey. As of September 2009 Tomasz is Regional Managing Director for ACTEEUM Central Europe. By education Tomasz is a civil engineer, graduated from the Technical University of Cracow.
Wiktor Lesinski
Mr. Lesinski joined Patron in September 2012 and focuses primarily on the Polish market and hospitality investments across Europe. His responsibilities including all aspects of origination, underwriting, due diligence, execution, asset management and business plan implementation. In specifically, in recent years Mr Lesinski has overseen the set up a JV partnership with TREI Poland within the retail parks sector and a JV partnership with 7R within the warehouse space. Mr. Lesinski attained Master of Arts in Economics and Finance with first class honours from the University of Aberdeen. Mr. Lesinski also holds a Master of Science in Finance from the University of St Andrews.

Conditions for Jury Mambers

  • Jurors must be recognized specialists in the relevant category and hold a manager-level or higher position.
  • They should be the most suitable representative of their company to assess the category.
  • Jurors may come from any area of the real estate industry, except marketing, sales or PR (unless exceptionally justified).
  • A juror cannot sit on a category where their company has submitted a project, or where there is any conflict of interest.

Participation rules:

  • Each juror must complete the online application form and select the categories in which they wish to vote.
  • Jurors may sit on up to four categories.
  • Only one juror per company per category is allowed, though a company may be represented in several categories.
