- Hillwood Polska sp. z o.o. on acquisition of number of real properties in Poland designated for development of warehouses including one single transaction covering acquisition of 45 properties with the total area of 100 hectares (1M square meters) from more than 100 farmers;
- German investment fund on sale of an office building in centre Warsaw
- Artus Park sp. z o.o. (affiliate of Deka Immobilien Investment) on sale of an office building in Gdańsk
Participation in development projects between October 2020 and June 2022
DPPA advised:
- Hillwood Polska sp. z o.o. on leasing and development of several warehouse projects in Poland in particular on package of two lease agreements with Amazon for Hillwood’s logistic park in Łódź and the general contractor agreement for that project (Bremer);
- Beskid Resort Properties sp. z o.o. on preparation and negotiation of complete package of agreements relating to development, management and operation on one of the biggest mountain resort hotels in Poland – Mercure Szczyrk Resort, including general contractor agreement, hotel management and franchise agreement;
- Marvipol Development S.A., HotelAG sp. z o.o. and Europlan sp. z o.o. on development, franchise and/or management of hotel projects.

We are local commercial real estate boutique, working for international clients in the office, logistics, residential and hotel sectors.
We are offering a comprehensive legal advice related to the entire life cycle of a real property, starting from due diligence and acquisition, through development and leasing and then exit process. We lead a number of projects for our clients in the warehouse real estate market being international commercial real estate funds and developers, including Hillwood, Logicor and Mapletree. On daily basis we provide leasing and asset management support to portfolio of office, warehouse and retail objects (our office portfolio alone exceeds 40 buildings, owned by major international investment funds, such as, for example Union Investment, Deka Immobilien, Hines, Skanska Property Poland, GTC and Savills IM).
As the result, we are mostly recognized in the office and logistics real estate sectors, especially with regard to lease market.
