IMMOFINANZ – next to those in need in COVID-19 times
Pandemic has strongly remodeled the commercial real estate industry, many activities planned in shopping centers were canceled, and most offices switched to home office. During the lockdown period, IMMOFINANZ via its brands, myhive for offices and VIVO! for retail showed that cooperation with the local community is not only empty slogans, but real actions - and the difficult time of the pandemic only increased the scale and scope of CSR activities.

Both in myhive offices and VIVO! shopping centers, from the very beginning, careful attention has been paid to running a responsible business, and retail facilities in their DNA had written building long-term relationships with the local communities. When, with the growing pandemic, the demand for individual protection measures increased dramatically not only for doctors and medical staff, but also for "ordinary" residents, IMMOFINANZ went to help and as a result 90,000 people in need from the four VIVO! cities received safety masks.

VIVO! Stalowa Wola, supported the campaign of sewing masks 3,500 masks. VIVO! Piła donated 100 protective helmets to the local health facility. In turn, VIVO! Krosno supported medical services and volunteers with over 4,000 reusable masks which went to the most vulnerable seniors of Nursing Home. In addition, for the needs of the local Ambulance Service, VIVO! Krosno purchased 500 certified masks with a special FFP2 filter, and together with tenants (4F and LPP Group) delivered 82,000 of them to regional hospitals.

Also within its office brand myhive, IMMOFINANZ showed support. One of the projects was called "Clothes to donate". In lobbies of all myhive offices marked containers were displayed, in which tenants left used but still in good condition clothes. Thanks to the wide communication of the project and the great commitment of the myhive community, a record collection of over two tons of clothes was collected. Funds from reselling were donated to support the troubled due to COVID seniors. IMMOFINANZ other actions included donation of 20,000 sweet kits to Warsaw hospitals and ambulance services. On top, together with other partners from the sector, it has also joined the #property4heroes campaign, providing meals to medical staff.
