Since October 2019, pbb provided the following noteworthy transactions in CEE: • pbb has provided EUR 51 million to Trei Real Estate, the real estate venture of the Tengelmann Group, for the financing of a retail Portfolio in Poland. The portfolio comprises of 40 supermarkets across 38 cities in well-established urban locations in Poland, which are all fully let to Biedronka with a long term lease. • pbb has co-underwritten an investment facility, totaling EUR 107.5 million, to refinance Futurama Business Park in Prague for Caerus IM on behalf of a private separate account client. • pbb, acting as participant, together with a consortium of banks have provided a EUR 300 million refinancing to AFI Europe for the “AFI Cotroceni” shopping mall in Bucharest, Romania. • pbb has co-underwritten an investment facility, totaling EUR 170 million, to AFI Europe, for the acquisition of an office portfolio in Romania. • pbb has co-underwritten an investment facility, totaling EUR 80 million, Atenor, for the acquisition of Hermes Business Campus in Romania.
