TriGranit is one of the pioneers in the mixed-use and city centre developments. The company prefers to develop projects, like the two-time FIABCI Award-winning Millennium City Center in Budapest, Hungary or the likewise FIABCI-winner Bonarka Project in Krakow, Poland. These projects have been huge brownfield investments, creating a blossoming city centre in the cities’ most neglected, post-industrial areas. One of the most recognizable initiatives at the B4B complex is the Tenant Relationship Program, running since summer, 2017, based on regular events followed by social media activity, helping to create communities among employees.
In its more than 20 years of operation, TriGranit has gained 15 years of development experience in the CEE region. In 2018, Revetas, a specialist real estate investment manager focusing on the CEE region, successfully acquired TriGranit from TPG Real Estate. The total asset value of the transaction, including gross development value exceeds €450 million.
