Centrum Praskie Koneser has achieved BREEAM Interim 2013 New Construction certification – both for Offices and Retail – with an ‘Excellent’ rating. Koneser’s high rating in the certification process has been achieved thanks to its excellent location near to major traffic junctions, providing convenient access by public and private transportation. The vicinity of numerous bus and tram stops (20% and 50% of all Warsaw lines respectively), the second subway line station and two railway stations with connections to international airports – Chopin and Modlin. 1,000 parking spaces (equipped with charging stations for electric cars) and a large infrastructure for cyclists (Veturilo station) is also available to tenants. Koneser was also given credit for using latest monitoring methods for energy and water consumption. Tenants will have their own counters, while the BMS will monitor the proper balance of water and energy consumption in the common areas of the complex.
