He graduated from the University of Economics in Katowice with a master's degree in finance and accounting. He completed many specialist courses in accounting, reporting, taxes, auditing, IFRS, business and consulting at EY in Poland and abroad.

Previously, he worked as a Manager in the Transaction Advisory Department at EY Poland (Warsaw) and served as a Manager in the Audit Department at EY Poland (EY Assurance, Audit and Accounting Services). He has over 10 years of professional experience, which he gained in the departments and industries of Corporate Finance, Accounting, Audit and Transaction Advisory at EY.

He completed the qualification process for the Statutory Auditor in Poland. He is also a participant in the ACCA qualification program. He has extensive experience in corporate finance, management, design and implementation of financial and tax policy as well as strategies for the Capital Group.

He has experience in auditing individual and consolidated financial statements prepared in accordance with Polish accounting standards, IFRS and US GAAP. He carried out due diligence projects in various sectors, such as: railways, real estate, construction, energy and municipal services, e-commerce and industrial products.

He conducted advisory projects supporting the preparation of prospectuses during IPO processes (SOP), implementation of IFRS and construction of Shared Services Centers for Capital Groups.

• providing financial liquidity of the Group and the establishment and implementation of its financial / tax policy;
• supervision of one of the largest lease agreements on the office regional market - lease agreement with Sabre Polska (Tischnera Office in Krakow)
