Nuvalu’s warehouse team consists of three professionals led by Szymon Gasparski (Director). Ewa Ogniewska joined him and added her experience as a construction engineer, whilst Karolina Lempkowska, third member of the team, is a geodesy engineer. The team is active all over the country. They manage processes for companies operating in different industries and regions of Poland. Their broad outlook results in tailor-made recommendations which take into account previously defined customer’s needs. The team specializes in site selection advisory, project management, budgeting and negotiations. Szymon along with his team coordinates leasing processes for companies operating in different industries all over the country.

Szymon Gasparski has been leading Nuvalu’s new warehousing team since 2017. He came to prominence after delivering substantial projects and building a strong team during his 10 year tenure at Colliers International. Today, the space leased by him and his team (10.2018-9.2019) already amounts to 15.250 sqm and there are some exciting projects currently in development.

It’s a real challenge to enter into such a competitive market. Even if it’s dominated by the biggest agencies, we believe that our expertise and hard work is leading us towards achieving our goals. Szymon leads an energetic team of talented people, who are extremely motivated to prove that an independently owned Polish company can compete with the biggest market players. Our goal?
