Convenience shopping close to the customer’s home is the N-Park concept’s essence. It is favoured by its location, organisation of the shopping space and the broad offer. N-Park in Stara Iwiczna, in the Warsaw metropolitan area, is situated by the regional road, has a spacious ground parking connected to the roofed shopping arcade with retail outlets. The offer includes a mix of products in key categories such as grocery, health and beauty, family fashion, toys, sports, hobby, electronics, home furnishing, services, food and beverage. Among the available brands there are ALDI, RTV EURO AGD, Martes Sport, Smyk, Super-Pharm, Pepco, Jysk, Kakadu, Top Secret, Świat Książki, LUX MED and Pizza Hut. The original modernist spatial form with glazed elements and solutions enhancing the characteristics of a passive building, as well as the organisation of green areas with the centre’s own apiary, contribute to the idea of socially responsible construction and biodiversity supported by N-Park.
