Robert Dobrzycki oversees the operations in the United Kingdom, Germany, Poland, Czech Republic and Slovakia. He set up Panattoni Europe’s headquarters for the CEE region in Poland in 2005 and in 2014 was appointed CEO for Europe. In 14 years under Robert’s management the company has developed over 6.9 million sqm of warehouse space out of existing stock of 17 million sqm in Poland. Panattoni was recently named largest developer in Europe by PropertyEU for the third year in a row.

One of the biggest deals won in 2019 is a multistorey
warehouse for Amazon in Gliwice with over 210,000 sqm of space. Having to work with different owners Panattoni team shows great flexibility in using different operational platforms. With one of the investors, the SINGU system has been implemented in all properties. All Panattoni developed properties are certified with BREEAM minimum GOOD rating, which means maintaining this level when the building is in-use.
In 2018 ELI, a company incorporated in Netherland, and co-managed by Griffin Real Estate (GRE), finalized the acquisition of a portfolio of nine operating logistics parks developed by Panattoni Europe. The value of the deal is around 200 million euro. At the same time, Panattoni stays as property manager and jointly with ELI plan to invest circa 800 million EURO to enlarge the newly acquired portfolio into a leading Polish logistic platform. GRE and Panattoni will co-manage the new venture going onwards.

Altogether 3.7 million sqm of space is currently under management. Among the new projects Panattoni has won around 0.8 million sqm of space encompassing such investments as 210,000 sqm (Gliwice), 60,000 (Bolesławiec) and 45,000 sqm (Łódź) for Amazon, 79,000 sqm for BSH warehouse and 58,000 sqm for BSh factory, Media Expert 75,000 sqm, SMYK, 70,000 sqm, Leroy Merlin 124,000 sqm.

Panattoni Europe as the one of the few developers in Europe offers its property management services as a separate product and competes with different agencies to win transactions for new space.The product we offer our client as a developer is not only high-standard space for lease, but also includes a package of professional management services. The Property Management Department focuses on managing existing facilities, as well as forecasting client needs and solving problems in the operation of the facility on a day to day basis. Panattoni manages a portfolio of 3.7 million sqm of space in Poland. Within 2018/2019 nearly 0,8 million sqm of new space has been won by Panattoni property management team. A team of 35 people headed by Anna Kordos, take care of daily operations on properties within all regions of Poland. All together there are 322 clients and 23 different property owners.
