Just this year the company has secured the largest construction loan in the Polish real estate market - €350 million to develop Varso Place as well as sold fully-leased West Station for 190 million EUR. Prior to opening Varso 1 and Varso 2 their occupancy rate has already reached close to 100%, with such major tenants as Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego which leased 12,400 sqm.
