Jacek Wesołowski has 30 years’ experience in the retail, office and residential real estate sectors. He has been Managing Director of Trei Real Estate Poland since 2016. Jacek is responsible for strategic decisions concerning investments and the construction of Trei’s real estate portfolio in Poland. Under his management, Trei has been developing a chain of retail parks, now owns 13 Vendo Parks, and has next projects in the pipeline. This year Trei also debuted on the Polish residential market.

Trei Real Estate's strategy as a developer is based on independent planning, construction, commercialization and management of retail parks in the long term. The company has its own Asset Department, whose task is to maintain and efficiently manage buildings. Trei Real Estate has been the leading retail investor on the Polish market since 2013. The company develops its Polish portfolio of Vendo Parks, which now consists of 13 retail parks. From Oct. 2018 to Sep. 2019 Trei opened 4 Vendo Parks in Łódź, Bytów, Pułtusk and Ostrołęka, signed 37 leasing agreements for 30,000 sqm of total GLA. Only this year, the company acquired 23,92 ha of land with approx. 35,000 leasable areas. There are currently 13,800 sqm of retail space under construction in Kobyłka, Jawor and Łask. The main Trei’s differentiator is its business profile. With strong market expertise and a stable own-capital base, own leasing department, the company operates independently at all investment stages, from applying for planning consent to delivery of new constructed properties to the occupiers. Trei enjoys the trust of tenants, who often sign contracts at an early stage of construction, and establishes business partnerships with new brands, such as Empik, Dealz or MC Donald’s.
