Vendo Park in Pułtusk offers 4,200 sqm of commercial space, which is leased to 8 tenants. Well-established brands like Empik, Media Expert, CCC and Kakadu are supplemented by retailers with no prior presence in town: Martes Sport, KiK, Hebe and Dealz opened their first shop in Pułtusk. Vendo Park was built in close proximity to Lidl and Stokrotka supermarkets and provides residents with maximum convenience for quick, everyday shopping in one location. There are also over 100 parking spaces. The total cost of investment was approx. EUR 5.8 million and as part of this project, Trei also renovated historical sections of the former PKS bus station. The investor decided to preserve the character of the location and renovated the historic mosaic, which is integrated into the walls of the retail park. The station clock and neon signage have also gained a second life. There are now two stores in the part of the building where the station was once located – Empik and Dealz.
