The company: manages the property portfolio (19 buildings); successfully implemented two big scale projects (Business Garden in Poznań and Wrocław); obtained construction permits for the next two schemes (Waterfront II and Kielecka 2); signed lease agreements, in total, for over 56,000 m2, including Credit Agricole (25,500 m2) and Santander Consumer Bank (10,000 m2); sold 2 properties with the transactions value over EUR 183 million; received the LEED Platinum certificates for 5 buildings (all buildings achieved 90 points, i.e. 10 points above the required threshold of the highest rating in LEED, and it is the third highest score in Poland); introduced a new lobby concept in the Business Garden office complexes, designed by turnerbates Design & Architecture; continues to develop pipeline projects; consequently implements the safety program (Safety First), showing commitment towards safety, health and well-being of own co-workers and thousands of workers on the construction sites.
