Vector+ received the BREEAM Interim certificate at the Very Good level. Document confirms that the facility is environmentally friendly, creates a comfortable working environment, and thanks to its excellent location – provides convenient transport. The obtained BREEAM International New Construction 2016 Design Stage certificate guarantees that Vector+ has been designed in accordance with the best green building practices. Vector + was appreciated for a number of facilities for tenants.

At this moment, Vector+ has two major tenants: City Hall of Warsaw and SKO.

The project was financed by Profbud financial resources combined with Alior Bank loan.
Functionality
Building provides tenants, their employees and all visitors many facilities like retail units on the ground floor, canteen, lockers and showers for cyclists at the underground, spacious parking. Moreover, Vector+ offers security and round the clock access to the building.
The technical systems and innovations to improve office working conditions/comfort
Each office room has access to tilt and turn windows, connected by reed switchers to the BMS system, which intelligently manages ventilation, healing and cooling throughout the building, adjusting the indoor climate conditions on an ongoing basis. Vector+ has also charging stations for electric cars.
Technical innovations
The strength of Vector is the application of state-of-the-art methods of monitoring energy and water consumption. Tenants have their own counters, while the BMS system watches over the balance of raw materials consumption in the common parts of the complex.
