We are the office developer based in Łódź, and focused on Łódź. Our key area of expertise is not only construction of modern office space, but also renovation of the post-industrial buildings. Our investment – Faktoria Business Centre – was one of the first examples of the successful adaptation of the old factory for the office purposes. We create places where business feels good. Currently, we are working on the modern and prestigious mixed-used complex Monopolis, where business and culture meet. In Monopolis modern architecture and design blends in an original and harmonious way with the historical fabric to create a new quality on the map of Łódź.

MONOPOLIS is a unique mixed-use project located in the heart of Łódź. It will be created as a result of the reconstruction of the third largest factory complex in Łódź, and is one of the most important revitalization projects in the contemporary history of the city.
MONOPOLIS combines business with culture, art, gastronomy and leisure functions creating exquisite place to spend time after work. The addition of these extra functions makes the project open for everyone in Łódź who appreciates unique and inspiring places.

As well as comfortable office space, MONOPOLIS offers additional functions, including:

Virako is a real estate company which operates on office Polish market. Our portfolio comprises the first A-class office building in Łódź- Forum 76 Business Center, which already won twice a title of Office Building of The Year during the Eurobuild Awards. In 2018 we started our second renovation in Łódź – Monopolis (first was Faktoria Business Center). It is one of the largest renovations in Central Europe. This exceptional project will combine office and retail space with a fine selection of restaurants and cafés. The complex will offer a fitness center with a swimming pool, a theatre and a kindergarten. All amenities will be integrated in the historic vodka manufacturing plant. Before the opening next year we already started numerous CSR activities, including outdoor theatre "Letnia Scena Monopolis", cinema, concerts and exhibitions. As a company we deeply care about Łódź and respect its unique history. Our goal is to bring this amazing place back to life.
