Grzegorz has over 16 years of experience in the building services field. During this time, he has worked as an office director, a project manager, a designer, a site engineer and a director of operations. At WSP he is responsible for all operations in SMEP, Environmental and Sustainability sector. He works closely with our major clients to deliver the best services. He is focused on WSP's further expansion into industry sector.

WSP Polska deserves to win this awards because we continue to grow both in a number of people and scope of services. In the last year we increased our number of employees to 43,600 worldwide. In Poland we extended our offer by WELL certification and energy modelling in response to growing interest in sustainable measures among Tenants. Now we provide complex services in the real estate sector: engineering services, green certification, workplace solutions, project management, wellness and energy strategy, environmental analyses. Our profile over past few years has shifted from a local service provider into international player delivering projects with our overseas offices from UK, Sweden, Germany, France and Middle East. Today we work on complex multidisciplinary projects using BIM approach on majority of our projects varying from residential to high-rise, industrial, mixed use to large cultural objects and engineering advice to master planning. We are currently working as a multidisciplinary team (SMEP) on one of the most iconic cultural building in the history of Poland – Polish History Museum. In March, 2018 we were ISO 9001:2015 certified. That proves that our quality management system is at the highest level. We also take care about our employees and their safety, therefore this year we are aiming for the H&S ISO 45001:2018 certification, which we should receive by the end of the year. We also care about our CSR activities. In 2017 we completed a plumbing design & build project for a family in Jednorożec as an added contribution in the Szlachetna Paczka charity project. Every year we also take part in the Warszawa Business Run. This year 4 teams run to raise money for those who are in need. We design lasting solutions and help societies grow for lifetimes to come.
