7R SA was the first developer to introduce the innovative concept of Small Business Unit urban-type warehouses. Although similar objects had been developed in the past, there was not a developer to integrate and merge it into a network.
7R City Flex populates the yet untapped niche on a market, which lacks similar investments enabling faster distribution of goods. Demand is additionally driven by the dynamic development of the e-commerce.
Attractive location allows to deliver parcels to customers in a shorter time or pick them up personally, and thus improves the processes related to last mile logistics. The network of properties in key locations allows companies operating nationwide to optimize their logistics operations. The modularity
of warehouses enables flexible adaptation to customers’ requirements arising from the specifics of their industry.
The investments are developed in Szczecin,Gdańskand Łódź. Further projects will be launched in Warsaw, Kraków, Gliwice and Katowice.
