Outlet Park Szczecin is the largest and the only outlet centre in the West Pomeranian region. It is located in Szczecin’s Prawobrzeże district. The outlet park offers branded products which are from 30 to 70 pct cheaper compared to regular shop prices. A 7-screen Helios cinema is an additional asset of the project as well as the section of the facility which includes Smyk Mega Store and Piotr i Paweł supermarket. After its extension Outlet Park Szczecin includes 100 shops and 900 parking spaces. Outlet Park Szczecin which is developed by Echo Investment, is currently part of the portfolio of Echo Polska Properties – a Dutch company operating on the basis if the REIT formula and investing in the real estate sector, particularly in retail, office and warehouse properties all over Poland.
