Panattoni Europe, Poland's leader in the industrial property market, has just developed another and the second in a row BTS value-add acquisition project for K-Flex company, a branch of the Italian L'ISOLANTE K-FLEX - specializing in the production of acoustic and insulation systems for air-conditioning and refrigeration installations, ventilation, water supply, heating, hot water and building structures. The manufacturing facility features 16,000 sqm, while 4 floor office area takes up 1.500 sqm. A modern warehouse is added to the existing 16,000 sqm facility. Panattoni Europe suggested solutions that will improve the operational performance of K-Flex and result in considerable cost efficiencies in the client's supply chain, as well as boost the effectiveness of their production process.
